A new entrant in the Delhi nightlife scene, WE Qutub is a large space that has been decked up beautifully and is perfect for parties and date nights. A theme of dark red, black, and gold runs throughout the lounge, giving it a sassy ambience, and this is complemented by the warm lighting, quirky slogans, and wall art. The selfie monkey was our favourite piece of art at the bar.
WE's choice of music is pretty refreshing, too. They played a mix of funk and jazz till the time we were there (around 10 pm) and coupled with the cocktails we tried here, it put us in a really nice groove. Their whisky sour (INR 445) was our drink of choice. It was well-balanced and the whisky really sang through.
The Gin Garden is another wonderful space at WE where they have a variety of gin from across the world and they whip up some great concoctions using the same.
In terms of food, WE's menu has Japanese, Thai, Continental and Mediterranean dishes. We tried the WE Chengdu chicken (INR 345), the non-vegetarian Sushi platter (INR 985 for 8 pieces), and the WE chocolate cookie dough skillet (INR 325). The warm, doughy skillet was our favourite out of the lot. They have a few vegan options on the menu as well.
