Delhites wait for the weekend. A bit of time to get over that stressful work week, a time to relax, sit around, and of course eat and drink. Well the staff here at LBB are firm believers in the rejuvenating powers of a relaxed weekend, and have brought together a list of delectable brunch spots perfect for your leisurely weekend.

Pickwicks @ Claridges |

As part of the Claridges Hotel, Pickwicks offers up a delicious weekend brunch, fit for the standards of the hotel. The food at this brunch covers Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines. Come and indulge in a generous spread with soups and starters, live pasta and tempura stations, and delicious desserts.

Mamagoto |

Mamagoto has launched an Anti Buffet lunch menu, which gives you the luxury of choosing what you want and how you want it {naughty}. But no, they have live wok stations, where you can choose the sauce and meat of your choice, and the chef will make it wok. Top it up with either fried rice, steam rice, hakka noodles, pad thai noodles or chilli garlic noodles. There's also a salad station, a live Robatta Grill and a fine dessert selection. The brunch runs from Friday to Sunday, from 12:30pm until 4pm.

Serendipity |

Shopping and brunch come full circle at the aptly named Serendipity. They do brunch a bit differently here; they're super strict about reservation. So you must call one day before Saturday evening. The brunch is buffet style, and the menu is typically American/European style, with a choice of omelettes, breads, one or two entrees, salads, and fresh juice with changing additional items to keep things interesting. They even partner with like-minded folks who are passionate about food and looking for an opportunity to showcase their take on brunch.

La Bodega |

Did someone say Mexican food for brunch? Yes, please! Not into pancakes and waffles? La Bodega, one of Delhi’s new favourite Mexican restaurants, is serving up a delicious brunch. Their menu includes small plates, tacos, quesadillas, main courses, and of course their a la carte menu. Take that lazy Sunday to enjoy their lovely balcony seating, delicious brunch food, and a few mojitos and sangrias.

Elma's |

You may have heard of this little café for its delectable sweets and cakes. While that’s still there waiting for you, Elmas has a delicious breakfast menu perfect for a weekend brunch. With the décor of a quaint English tea room, it’s not surprising that Elmas offers a breakfast menu that includes a full English breakfast, and menu options for an afternoon tea.

Sakley’s Mountain Café |

If you're wishing you'd had headed for the hills, try Sakley’s The Mountain Café. With its first location in Nainital, Sakley’s in Delhi captures the essence of the hills and mountains. Of course you’ve partied it up at Hauz Khas Social, but did you know about their all day breakfast and brunch menu? The menu includes items such as the Elvis Presley French Toast, and the famous Last Night @ Social Hungover Breakfast, where you receive a discount if you can produce your receipt from last night’s partying at Social.
