A haven for printed everything (phew!), In Weave caught my eye because of the minimalist short kurtis and tops that were visible through its glass doors. But their large collection also extends to bags, jewellery, and even a bit of home decor.
Their USP is the clothing section. I came across some cotton, rayon, kalamkari and georgette kurtis (both knee-length and long) which can be worn as dresses, and they even come in sets with shrugs. Their best-selling items are the reversible shrugs and cowl dresses. The fabrics are sourced from different corners of India and the designs are all in-house, a creation of the owner.
They also have moderately heavier muslin kurta sets which are perfect for big, family parties. If you want to mix and match, you can choose from their comfy harem pants, chikankari palazzos and straight trousers.
Apart from clothing, they’ve got jewellery (which begins at INR 180 for earrings) including oxidised and semi-precious pieces, canvas bags which come from an NGO they support (the patchwork on them was SO cute!), and a home decor section which had cushion covers, sets of beautifully printed trays, jewellery, and tissue boxes, bins, natural wood coasters, and wind chimes.
