Guess what now you don’t have to travel all the way to Mumbai to have its iconic Bombay sandwich because now its available in our Kanpur as well.
Do you know How exactly bombay sandwich is made? Two slices of bread is taken, on first slice first of all green chutney is spread and after placing vegetable slices like tomato, cucumber, onion or beetroot on top it’s covered with another slice of bread and cut into pieces

He is a resident of Kanpur. His name is Mr. ram Chandra ji who went to Mumbai for seeking a job for himself, during his struggle period in Mumbai he came across this Bombay sandwich and thought of starting this kind of sandwich in Kanpur because at that time none of the restaurant serving this sandwich. So he came back and started selling sandwich on a handcart.
He also told me that for the first 3-4 months he wandered along the streets for selling these sandwichs, so that people are aware of these lovely and healthy sandwiches.
After getting recognized he started selling his sandwiches at a particular place and at the present scenario is that he sells 100-150 sandwiches per day in just 6 hrs. Isn't it amazing?
