The Punjabi Style Chicken Seekh is a great take on the traditional seekh kebab with a chunkier chicken mince mixed with chopped onion and a hard boiled egg which was soft to the bite yet had an amazing meaty texture. The portion sizes are good and all the dishes were served hot.
The crispy chicken too wasn't far behind with a crispy exterior and continental look but a yummy indian taste and to balance the spices, it was served with a mayo-based dip which had a tinge of sweet garlic touch. The chef Tufial Ahmed Khan has been supervising Chaskaa's kitchen from the start ensuring the quality and flavours. And to prove it they have an average of 500 - 600 minimum orders per day.
