Sahastradhara literally means ‘a thousand-fold spring,’ and it’s easily one of the most popular tourist spots around Dehradun. It’s the perfect place for anyone who loves a good scenic view. Here, you’ll find natural water dripping from limestone stalactites, and creating a sulphur spring that’s believed to have medicinal properties. For those who want to take in the panoramic, bird's-eye view of Sahastradhara, there’s also a ropeway ride that covers about 618 metres for around INR 250 per person, which we super-highly recommend.
