Coming from a Kashmiri family its difficult to like or rather make do with this cuisine anywhere outside the home but this place has cracked the code and is serving the same superb level of quality food or rather better. I am a vegetarian so recommendations include the Kashmiri veg sampler which lets one taste everything awesome - khattey baingan, rajmah, laal paneer, dum aloo, walnut chutney on a bed of rice. An accompaniment, they service crispy lotus stem which goes well with the walnut chutney. For starters, must try the palak patta chaat, it's crisp and flavourful. In Mughlai, one gotta try the fish tikka and tandoori prawns, they literally will blow your mind off! My favourite bread was the bakharkhani, the sweetness is well balanced and it melts in the mouth.
