What Is It?
Looking for an activity this weekend that doesn’t drain your energy? Try your hand at 5 Animals Qi Gong {pronounced Chi Gung}, an ancient Chinese healthcare system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention.
This workshop is being conducted by Prashant Tewatia, a practitioner and teacher of Iyengar Yoga and internal {tai chi, Qi Gong} martial arts with more than 10 years of experience. Delhi, don’t miss this rare opportunity to bring alive the animal within you!
Who Is It For?
Everyone can benefit from Qi Gong, regardless of ability, age, belief system or life circumstances.
Why Should I Go For It?
People usually do Qi Gong to maintain health, heal their bodies, calm their minds, and reconnect with their spirit, but we suggest you attend this workshop simply because it sounds so much fun!
Tewatia’s plan is to get you to imitate a tiger, a ram, a bear, a monkey and a crane, through 10 movements {two per animal} and also get into their personalities. Who hasn’t secretly imitated a cat when they wake up in the morning {or done a mental impersonation of a tiger in front of their boss?}.
