What Makes It Awesome

One of my favourite things to order from Sushiya is Zoe's Special. This meal includes poached Salmon, seasonal steamed veggies served with tamago {Japanese egg} and sesame spinach salad. It comes loaded with the right amount of proteins, vegetable carbs, and nutrients. Besides the fact that it's super healthy, it makes for the perfect post-workout meal.

Sushiya has a range of healthy options -Teriyaki chicken salad, Tofu salad, and Poached salmon salad to choose from. So try them all and you'll find your favourite, just like I did.

What's My Pro Tip?

To make a complete meal out of it, I sometimes like to add a healthy yummy carb- sweet potatoes, quinoa or brown rice. Take your pick, they all taste delicious.

Anything Else?

As someone who loves Salmon, Zoe's Special is my go-to meal. And as a fitness expert, I can tell you that a diet rich in Salmon is beneficial for sore joints and bones. The omega-3 fatty acids present in it help support brain functions by improving memory - as well as boosting eye health. And the Selenium in the fish protects the body from free radical damage, plus if you want healthy looking hair, skin, and nails, eat Salmon.

Too lazy to order? Just prepare it on your own, you can either bake or grill the salmon. Try to eat it two or three times a week. You can also eat other foods containing omega-3, such as tuna, mackerel or walnuts.
