For people who are not fond of target based exercise regimens and the hectic gym vibe {who needs that kind of stress outside of work?}, I cannot recommend Zumba more. It works wonders for overall toning and also doubles up as an incredible hour of unwinding and dancing. Plus, while moving to a playlist ranging from the shape of you to tenu suit suit karda, you're actually burning upwards of 600 calories!

The timings are convenient with three evening batches running between 6pm and 9pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays and morning classes between 7am and 11am on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
