And thus it begins. Like a pack of cards, bars on the highways inside city limits of Bangalore, are shutting down. First one down? The iconic 13th Floor Bar. After 15 years of wowing with views {that sunset view has probably seen more proposals that it should!} and quirky cocktails before others started it {where else do you drink The Devil Wore Pink and Malabar-tini}, this bar has decided to shut shop. We’re hoping that it’s only temporary and the government will see sense soon, but until then Bangalore, it’s the start of a long good bye, and unfortunately, this is unlikely to be the first.
