The Baiju Dharmajan Syndicate - is a 4 piece Carnatic rock act led by the multi-award winning Baiju Dharmajan. Baiju is a pioneering Carnatic Rock Guitarist . He enjoys a cult following in the country and is credited to be one of the creators of the sound of Motherjane, the iconic Carnatic rock band from Kerala, that he was part of, for over a decade. His extreme finesse, dexterity and mastery over his instrument has had people label him a Guitar God in India today. Apart from performing live with the Syndicate, he composes music for Bollywood and the Malayalam film industry. Baiju Dharmajan is a three-time winner of the Best Guitarist award at the Jack Daniel's Rock Awards.
