Bombay Buddha Bowls At SodaBottleOpenerWala

SodaBottleOpenerWala your quintessential Bombay Irani Café and Bar has collaborated with renowned food consultant and blogger Rushina Munshaw Ghildiyal to launch hearty bowls concept called Bombay Buddha Bowls. Mohit Balachandran, Brand Head and Cuisine Director of SodaBottleOpenerWala and Rushina took inspiration from the concept of Buddha Bowls, which are single portion full-meals stuffed to the brim in bowls shaped like Buddha’s belly. It intends to bring alive the food culture of communities, who have made Bombay their home since decades and even centuries. Every bowl consist of select dishes, which are indigenous to these communities. Maharashtrian, Sindhi and Gujarati bowls along with Chef de Cuisine at SodaBottleOpenerWala - Danesh Vakshoor’s East Indian bowl are on offer during this one-month pop-up from 3rd November to 17th of December, 2017 at our Bangalore outlet.
