Email Writing Workshop

EnglishCoach Services is organising an open workshop on Email Writing for Professionals this February. This one-day workshop will help professionals improve their email writing skills at work. In the workshop, professionals will assess their tone and style to identify how their reader perceives them. They will practice writing to different situations, including negotiating and communicating negative news over email. They will learn to build rapport with their reader and learn to manage their online image. At the end of the workshop, professionals will be able to plan the structure of their emails for better comprehensibility and readability, overcome the “blank screen” syndrome, and reduce the time it takes to write an email, write keeping the reader’s needs in mind and avoid common mistakes that have a negative impact on one’s professional image.
