Koramangala Social presents DJ Blurry

After getting on board with Regenerate in 2014, Qwiver got the opportunity to delve into a new sound as he was billed to play alongside some renowned names such as Tube & Berger Nils Hoffmann, Daniel Steinberg, HNQO & Tigerskin. Their music although venturing into the tech house space is very different to that of established techno artists in the industry. This sound, being more soft, slick, fresh and holding a lot of emotion paved way for him to deepen his understanding into the various styles of music, each having something unique and exquisite to offer. In June 2014, this young lad got a big breakthrough as he opened for the legendary Max Cooper and since then he was inspired to introduce something new to his audience. The shift of leaning towards a bass centric or experimental sound, led him to explore a new conceptual idea and start an alter ego project focusing more on deep house & electronica. This moniker took shape in the name of BLURRY SLUR which was launched in October 2014. His first big event as Blurry Slur was playing for India’s first deep house open air - By The Pier and in a short span of time he has already played alongside quality acts such as Kevin Knapp (Hot Creations/ OFF recordings/ Dirty Bird), A Guy Called Gerald, Robosonic, Adana Twins, Claptone & Russ Yallop among others. Lynston Dsouza has definitely introduced immense versatility in his music skills thereby giving him great scope to grow as an artist everyday. Oh and might we add, he is great company to party with!
