GING is the newest addition to Bangalore's vibrant dining scene. Perched on the top floor of the Royal Orchid Central Hotel at Manipal Centre, the restaurant overlooks Ulsoor Lake, Cubbon Road and acres of army green with options for alfresco seating as well. A play on Beijing, Ging's food is Chinese inspired, with a few hints of Asian flavours thrown in. The food menu stretches from the known staples like dim sum to hawker grill from the streets of Asia.
