|| ABOUT THE FILM: TALK ME NOT
In a world where interpersonal communication is slowly being cannibalized by a rapid wave of cold digitalization and timelessness; "Talk Me Not" is a warm heart wrenching story between two souls trapped in the void of an altercation. The film sheds light on how communication, or rather the lack of it, causes strains in the deepest of relationships.
Conversely, it portrays how the simplest form of communication travels a mile in normalizing situations.
"Talk Me Not", is the first film under “The Language Project” – This project will encompass a cluster of short films with inter personal communication as a central theme; the concept of this project moots from the idea that Language, just like Music, does not have any barriers; hence we can break the 6,500 odd spoken languages around the world into one- The Human Language.
Team - This film is created under the banner of Eastern Light Films a team created by exceptionally talented people in their respective areas coming together for exploring the possibilities of alternate storytelling. The team crosses boundaries and have members from around the world.
