Hailing from sunny Ahmedabad, Gujarat, formed in 2013, the outfit comprises of vocalist/guitarist Uddipan Sarmah, guitarist/keyboardist Shubham Gurung, bassist Bob Alex and drummer Gautam Deb. No gimmicks. No frills. Just four people coming together and baring their hearts to you for an hour or two.InTheNow is an indie-pop-rock band from Bangalore, India that began in the year 2016. After playing live for a collective 7 years, four musicians got together and InTheNow was born. The name reveals their entire outlook on how they find themselves amidst the chaos of this weird and wonderful experience we call life. The music describes their struggles with themselves, each other, everything they care about, and love. Story-telling is an integral part of their music and artists like Sting, Dave Mathews Band, Foo Fighters, and John Mayer have been very influential. With awkward stories, comfortable honesty and simple and powerful melodies, they draw you into their world reminiscent of the joy of sipping 'chai' on a rainy evening.
