What Makes It Awesome?

Brewery on a 10th Floor with a warm and rustic ambience which welcomes you for a Chilled and fresh brew from the tap. In the quest of microbreweries in Bengaluru, you could find many. Bangalore Brew works has a unique Bengaluru Charm.

Talking about the charm of Bengaluru, the brews here are named after the famous areas in Bengaluru.
Brigade Lager: Lager is always bitter, and should be fruity, here it is more on the bitter side.
Majestic Wheat: The wheat beer was the one which stole my mind!! One who likes mild beers can go with this.
Commercial Stout: The stout was more of Banana and slight orange. This was very well brewed with perfection in temperatures.

When Modern meets a Rustic touch, the food would be classic,
Started with a Beet Buster Salad: This was a perfect kickstart. Beetroots and Jalapenos with blackberries and of course Lettuce. Such a wonderful combination.
Mushroom Jalapeno Poppers: Wild Mushrooms sauteed with Jalapenos and deep fried to poppers. It was one of my favourites here. Don't miss this dish.

As for the Tandoor,
Lasuni Chicken Tikka: A garlic flavoured chicken marinated well with garlic and cooked on a tandoor with slight Malai was decent.
Fish Tikka: One word- Fantastic
Chelo Kebab: Lamb beautifully cooked on the Tandoor, soft and amazingly spiced.
A special shout for the Fantastic Chutneys served along. The mint chutney is classic and Chef Alagappan style Demon chutney with the base of tomato and red chilli.

Laal Maas: Replicated the authentic recipe in a fantastic way. Kudos to the Chef.

Desserts,
I would definitely go back for the Desserts served here.
Passion Fruit- White chocolate Cheesecake: Man! This is something unique one can find. The glaze made of Passion fruit and the presentation is enough to pull your heart on. Passion fruit made into a cheesecake is something complex and here I found perfection. One word to conclude, it's damn good!!
