The Café at Saanchi has everything on point to make it impressive.
An open-air cafe offering organic food at a reasonable price with arty and relaxing view to eyes. Situated on the 3rd floor, the cafe carries a sophisticated Indian feel with decor and ambience complimenting the destigmatization of what we idealize being Indian to be. The owner too is a genuine person to catch up a chat with. He is someone who carries experience and great taste of music in his pockets! Adding to the checklist of reasons to visit this place.
The food is worth a bite, my favourites being masala pot tea and grilled chicken salad. The place does offer Italian and Parsi taste delights too.
The coupling nursery makes the place much more greeny and airy and makes your experience on a fine afternoon comforting and nice.
If you share the same taste as me by indulging into a place which offers a good side of being Indian having options to learn and feel proud of belonging to the country and appreciate the country for the same. Also, like a good jazz or country music in the background to have food in along with good taste in an open-air setting. I guess you should give it a try.
I loved it in every expression and experience. It'll make me hook on to be a regular there.
