Indian Acro Yoga, a yoga studio in Mumbai that combines acrobatics and yoga, and Pradeep of Pradeep Yoga Art, a corporate yoga trainer in Bangalore, are bringing an Acroyoga Workshop to namma Bengaluru. The workshop combines the calm and spiritual benefits of yoga with the energetic power of acrobatics. They’ve also thrown in some Thai massage lessons to complete the package.
