Trekking In Chikkamagaluru
Mullayanagiri in Chikkamagaluru, the highest peak in Karnataka which is located at the height of 1,930 metres above sea level, is a proper trekking destination. It is part of the Baba Budangiri Range and it takes about three hours to finish this easy-to-moderate level trek. The hill is covered in greenery and it features plenty of shrines, many of them dedicated to Nandi, and there’s a prominent temple at the peak too. The best time to visit would be from June to September.

The Kolli Hills mountain range in Eastern Ghats is a popular trekking spot in Tamil Nadu and is known for beautiful spots such as the Kollimalai Falls. The views here are spectacular, especially from Selur Viewpoint. Plus, there's plenty of wildlife to see thanks to the reserve forests that surround Kolli Hills.
