Hoot is a towering microbrewery located on Sarjapur Road and one of the hot microbreweries in the city which offers great food and drinks.
This brewery looks like a granary from outside. You would notice auto parts randomly placed while walking inside.
There are two levels of seating. We chose to sit outside on the ground level which has a small pool type structure. The ground level also has some seating for bookworms with a collection of books. Most of their furniture’s are upcycled wooden and wrought iron. This place has a striking ambiance.
We ordered,
We asked for Non – Alcoholic Sangria and Saint Martin Belgian White along with Chilli Plum Babycorn for drinks and starters. We received our order pretty quick.
Saint Martin Belgian White: A fresh tasting simple brew. It was smooth and tasted good as well.
Non – Alcoholic Sangria: This had passion fruit, orange, pineapple, and cranberry juices. I loved this combo.
Chilli Plum Babycorn: It looked beautiful and yum. It tasted super delicious, I loved every bite of it. Do try this one.
We then asked for Hoot Fantasia and Rochester Red beer.
Hoot Fantasia: Well this is the best pizza I’ve had in Bangalore. It was a vegetarian pizza, filled with a good amount of distinct veggies. I just loved it.
Rochester Red: This was a deep red colored ale with full of caramelly sweet malt flavor. It was nicely balanced with a smooth finish.
I would love to go back and try their non-vegetarian food delicacies.
