Finding a food truck in Bangalore these days, what with permission and licensing issues is like finding a needle in a haystack. This time around in our quest for a food truck, we found Amexicano, a food truck that serves everything American to Mexican. And it was mucho perfecto!

The menu is all limited {it keeps changing as well} but boy, oh boy, you do get your cravings satisfied. From garlic fries to BBQ chicken wings, you’ll be spoilt for choice with the small bites menu itself. But it’s the jumbo burgers and wraps that steal the spotlight. For instance, if you are a meat lover, you’ll take a liking to the California Angus Beef Burger. It’s a jumbo burger that’s overloaded with cheese and comes with a juicy beef patty. You might need an extra mouth to finish the whole thing. The saucy Serrano Spiced Veg Wrap is something that even non-vegetarians will take a liking too. A tortilla wrap that’s loaded with veggies and sauced up with mustard mayo and cheese? We love it! They also serve some coolers such as mojitos, Red Bull, and Tropicana to go with the food.
