What Makes It Awesome?

NH8 is just not another Thali Restaurant. With quirky old school Rajasthani Dhaba ambience and a touch of sanctity and hospitality at par, this place is a must-visit. Traditions of Rajasthan is very well followed with accurate authenticity. Turban clad waiters are dressed to perfection and feed you the famous sweet of Rajasthan known as Manvar. Well, you get a turban too when you are dining in here.

The food here is pure vegetarian and LIT. It is not that heavy even if there are almost 30 items to relish. Starters Mirchi Vada and sweet Kachodi are bought first, which shows authenticity from the beginning.

Khadi Kachori Chat is something one can't miss. Dal Bhati, a true Rajasthani delicacy served with desi ghee which is an absolute delicacy. The mild and subtle Bhati is truly a feasting factor with desi ghee on top. Dahi Vada chat is decent. A special mention for Chaas(Buttermilk) and Jaljeera for making us more hungry. Roti, Puri and Bajra roti with jaggery is brought to you. Delicious and not so spicy Aloo curry, red chilli based panner curry and the most amazing Ghatte ki Subzi. Khadi and Dal can be eaten with rice and Lasoon(garlic) chutney

Ghevar, specially prepared Rajasthani dessert was perfectly made with lots of cream and dry fruits. This is specially made at the time of Shravan month. Kala Jamoon and Moong Dal Halwa are authentically made.
