The Chur Chur paratha is flaky, mildly spice and goes absolutely well with the Dal makhani. The chutney and pickled onions are an absolute delight too.
Paneer paratha was soft filled with a thick layer of paneer that is well minced and full of flavour. Personally love spicy food but the mild spice retains the flavour well and is easy on the palate.
