Been spotting quite a few food trucks in the city recently? Well, don’t be surprised if you come across a food bike next! Following the popular trend {but with a twist} and solving some common challenges faced by the trucks {like parking and space}, city-based entrepreneur Arun Varma and his brother, Krishna started the venture, BBQ Ride India. Touted to be the first of its kind in the country, the vehicle is all done up in black and has a side car that holds everything necessary to whip up the dishes. Think cold storage, cooking pan, a barbecue grill and even storage units that double up as tables!
Barbeque Treats
Grilled goodies and meaty treats are what you can expect to sink your teeth into. While you can start off with light eats like Grilled Pineapple Wedges, Prawn Sticks or Baby Corn Mushroom Sticks, the mains include BBQ burgers and wraps. Oh, and Slow Cooked Lamb Chops if you’re looking for something more. To wash it all down, pick from their recently-introduced mojitos.
