The stollen is made with almond flour soaked in butter and there's so much moistness to the bread it also features a 3-month soaked dry fruits mix. Oh, and the hand-rolled marzipan log in the centre is just so good. Plus, hey, this is eggless too. You can also get an alcohol-free variant too.
