The Pandi curry had one of the most delicious myriads of flavors in terms of perfectly cooked spices. And the smokey texture of the Pork chilly was a treat. The mutton keema curry too was quite tasty, to be tried on with the pulao.
What was my favorite were the desserts. The caramel custard and the coconut souffle are to die for. The creamy texture of the souffle and the bitter-sweet syrup of the custard made us have seconds.
