Samosa Singh

When you're done getting your fill of the Classic Aaloo Samosas here, make sure you go for some of their more interesting versions of the popular snack. Think Pasta Samosas {in Red Tangy and White Creamy avatars}, Egg Crumble Samosa and Chinese Manchurian Samosa. Looking for something sweet? The Choco-Caramel Samosa and Choco-Peanut butter Samosa might just be what you need. You can even pick a samosa to put together a Sam-Burger {that's a samosa sandwiched between butter-tossed buns and slathered with your choice of sauces} or a Chaat {with curd, hot choley, chutney, cucumber and anar}.

A family-run business that has been around since the 1980s, Sudha Chats has quite a fan following {including us!} for its short menu of chaats. And, if it's crumbly, potato-filled samosas that you're craving for, this is just the place. The freshly made samosas here come crushed and paired with hot chole gravy, and generously topped with the sweet and spicy sauces.

Whether it's the Channa Samosa, Dahi Samosa {hot samosas with cool curd and a dash of sauces? yes please!} or even the good old plain ones with their flavourful aloo filling, Gangotree gets it spot on.
