This food truck is driving round town making stops on the way, to deal with our hunger pangs. With our favourite Indo-Chinese dishes on the menu, Bhukkad Ka Nukkad is yet another nook for the hungry in our fair city.

It's Chopsuey Time!

We can all agree that Indian cuisine is great and Chinese food is delicious, but when they come together, it’s a party in your mouth. Indo-Chinese food has garnered many loyal fans over the years for adding a chatpata twist to Chinese classics like noodles and chopsuey and Bhukkad Ka Nukkad claims to be the only food truck in the city that’s serving up an Indo-Chinese feast. With rice, noodles, momos, chopsuey and spring rolls, the menu is reminiscent of the local Chinese joints of our neighbourhoods. They also serve quintessential Indo-Chinese gems like gobi manchurian {Gopi Manchuri anyone?}, chilli garlic chicken and manchow soup, so you know this place is legit. What’s more? You can wash it all down with the sweet shakes on their menu. We spotted an Oreo milkshake on the list so we know what we’re having.

The Manchurian Mobile

Literally translating to a nook for the hungry, Bhukkad Ka Nukkad is exactly that. They also offer appetisers like Mushroom Manchurian, Pepper Chicken and Paneer 65. Plus, Darjeeling-style momos, in vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, steamed or fried. Prices start at INR 100 and your can settle a meal for two in around INR 300. The truck is parked at the AECS layout in Brookefield, right opposite Rohan Mihira Apartments and you can catch it anytime between 5pm to 11pm. Unless they’re at another event that is, as these guys are a part of most of the food festivals and markets happening in the city. But they do keep their Facebook Page updated on the events they do. Follow them here to keep track.

Bhukkad Ka Nukkad is will soon have it’s very own app so watch out for that.
