Sign Up To This Marathon & Get Peddling For A Cause This World Bicycle Day

Celebrate World Bicycle Day and World Environment Day by participating in this 20-kilometre marathon to make a difference to your surroundings. This is an initiative towards climate change and also a great excuse to get out of bed on a Sunday morning. Prayuktha Foundation is hosting this event and a part of the price you pay for the ticket goes towards protecting the environment, endangered species and reduction in air pollution. If you are worried about not making it to this event because you don’t own a bicycle, then worry not because you can rent one with the submission of valid ID proof. The event starts with a warm-up session at 6 am with the reporting time at 5:30 am. They also have a joy ride (for a stretch of four kilometres) for kids.

The event is taking place at Bangalore University Building ground located at Gnana Bharathi main road with the starting point of the marathon right opposite to the main Bangalore University Building.

Post the marathon, hang around and participate in their tree plantation ceremony.
