A certified Bombay Fitness trainer - Eisha incorporates both cardio and toning routines and formulates total body workout routines with custom music mixed created by Bombay’s hottest DJs. In the cardio routine, she incorporates basic, easy to follow dance moves with Bollywood thumkas and moves followed by a toning routine with a focus on sculpting one’s muscles all packed in an hour.
