Play Slushy Volleyball, Rain Disco And Warm Yourself By The Bonfire At This Resort

Shortcut

For huge fam jams or outings with the whole gang, the Bonfire Resort has some offbeat options, and then some including hikes, parties, and sports for all ages and tastes.

Great For

Big Groups, Adventure, Day Out

What Makes It Awesome

Located around 20km from the city on Kanakpura Road, the resort is great for having a fun day out, or even a night in tents under the stars with a bonfire (duh), treehouse camping, a rain disco, and games that are accessible through the night. We honestly feel like the resort is best for day time activities, because there’s more to do, especially for larger groups.

The resort will plan a bunch of games and activities for the whole fam like tug of war, sports, and other games for large groups on request. If your group can never decide on a single thing to do, you can enjoy their sports facilities and play badminton, net cricket, football or enjoy a good cycle around the facility. Their volleyball court also transforms into a slush volleyball pit for those of you who literally enjoy playing dirty. Not your scene? You can play board games, or chill with a book while the others tire themselves out.

Evening activities include neon rain dancing, bonfires and related campy activities (music, story telling, tent or tree house camping and the like), better for slightly smaller and non family groups (if you get what we mean). The morning after, go for a short hike or a ride on your bike(s) to the nearby Yogavana hills, and visit the aashram there if you’re so inclined. Prices for the day package start at INR 1000, and for the night stay start at INR 1500 including food and tent charges.

What Could Be Better

The food is average, so you can skip it. Just pack a picnic from home.

Pro Tip

They’re a great location for themed photo shoots, and special events like proposal (or honeymoon), anniversary or intimate birthday nights, and will  be more than happy to set it up for you.
