What Makes It Awesome?

Bored of having the usual masala puri, pani puri, or sev puri, you've got to try the Bangarpet version.
Nestled in the HRBR layout, next to the Oriental Bank of Commerce, this place specializes in chaats that are different from the basic North Indian style masala puri, and famous for their Bangarpet versions - derived from a place called Bangarpet in Kolar district known for their business community who have their own chaat making style.

The masala Puri here is green in colour, with added onions, carrots, and boondi. The Pani used for the Panipuri chaat is quite transparent but spicy and tangy to drink. Also, try the famous Kolbade bhel puri, Nippat bhel, Nippat masala where the Nippat is broken and sweet and tangy green chutney is added along with veggies and puffed rice. An extremely filling chaat.
Boti chaat is good {and vegetarian}. This is a chaat where long hollow yellow crispy fryums are cut into half and filled with Congress groundnuts, sweet chutney, green chutney, and veggies.

All these chaats come at an affordable price of INR 30 per plate.
