Rental stores are a money-saver when it comes to anything from renting clothes to cars. Book My Jewels is another such rental boutique that specialises in renting out bridal jewellery as well as jewellery pieces that are perfect for festivals, receptions, engagements, and any occasion that requires you to get your bling game on.
Everything from contemporary to antique, these guys have them covered. A quick look at their collection will show you all the usual styles of jewellery — from Kundan to temple and choker to long necklaces. Bangles, anklets, earrings, nose rings, headbands, and waist jewels are also available in case you going all out with. While we haven’t visited their physical store in HSR, we did look at their Facebook page and they have wedding sets that range from North Indian styles to South Indian styles with temple jewellery styles as well.
All the baubles are gold-plated and feature stonework (semi-precious) and pearl work as well. The procedure is quite simple. Find something you like, pay the deposit and rental charges and wear it on the big day. While the rental rates start at as little as INR 2,000 with the maximum rental period of two days.
