They make their own buns in a factory nearby and it's made out of wheat. If you stay there long enough, you will get to see fresh batches of hot, soft, mouth-watering tasty buns coming in every now and then. Their 'carrot, wheat and dates(sugarless)' cake is a must-try. So soft, with the perfect amount of sweetness. The love they put in, to making it all work clearly comes through in their food.
