Red Rhino has always been a place that I wanted to visit, with mixed reviews from friends & colleagues, I wanted to experience it first hand and have an opinion myself.
When I heard them hosting a Big Bad Burger & Beer Festival, I ganged up with a bunch of like-minded friends & headed straight there one evening.
Well, the place is fabulous, with a very interesting decor and multi levels of indoor & outdoor seating. They do have Themed nights & the Thursday I ended up was having a Karaoke night.
We settled with a simple menu with extensive detailing on the Beer - Burger pairings. It’s a first for me, I only wish more breweries in the Micro Brewery capital do just that. I have experienced such wonderful pairings at the Anheuser-Busch Brewery in St Louis, the home of Budweiser.
I opted to go with a Vegetarian Red Bean Patty with Guacamole burger, with a side of beer battered onion rings, accompanied by house made pickles.
The burger was fabulous, a well balanced patty to bun ratio, I could have been even more happy with a little extra guacamole, which I am always greedy for. The onion rings were excellent, the light crispy batter was perfect.

The Brews were good, the hefeweizen here was almost on the verge of becoming my top favourite in Bangalore.
With Themed nights, great ambience, excellent food & craft beers, paired with impeccable service, this place hits all the right spots for an office hangout or catch-up with friends. So go grab your big bad burger!
