Joining hugely popular formats, like HRX, Dance Fitness, S&C, and Yoga, Burn is ready to help you build an effective fitness routine. The format includes 24 days of high-intensity training, that’s balanced and low impact. Each session lasts for 45 to 50 minutes, gradually progressing in terms of strength, intensity, mobility and difficulty level from day 1 to day 24. Whether you’re primarily looking to burn maximum calories while preserving muscle, develop muscle strength and endurance over time or improve mobility, Burn is a workout format that will help you achieve that. 

Created by Rishabh Telang, a fitness expert at cult.fit, the launch of Burn kicked off in Bengaluru in the presence of fitness champions like Sonali Swami, and Naved Qureshi among others, where an exclusive preview of the workout was organised. The main launch event was held in Mumbai where the sister-duo Anusha and Shibani Dandekar took to the stage and celebrated their love for fitness with cult.fit’s members.

The program is on track to start at the cult.fit centres in Bengaluru and other major cities, starting June 1, 2022. So, fire up the app, book your session and set those calories on fire with Burn!
