Fancy a burrito on the go? Or maybe a rice bowl for your next lunch? Santiago Burritos’s Mexican fare will satisfy your cravings without burning a hole in your pocket. Plus, they have an on-trend dessert that’s so Instagram-worthy.

What’s a meal without a little bit of theatrics, right? That’s exactly what you get at this food truck when you order the Dragon’s Breath. This smokin’ dessert that lets you breathe fog-like smoke out of your mouth {and nostrils}. Sounds cool, right? Bite-sized cookies are dipped in liquid nitrogen {that’s what causes the smoke} and tossed for a bit before you scoop them into your mouth with a spoon. Fair warning, the cookies can get really cold, and you might burn your tongue on them. They also have something called the Frozen Fire, but we are leaving that to your imagination and for you to try out and tell us all about it.

Santiago Burritos is on a mission to feed authentic Mexican food to the people of Bangalore. The limited menu includes the usual Mexican fare such as quesadillas, burritos, nachos, and rice bowl along with a few munchies such as nuggets and fries. Plus point is that the menu isn’t all that expensive — you get everything between INR 50 and INR 200.

It’s the newest food truck to hit the streets and as with any other food truck these days, you’ll find them parked in tech parks during lunch time.
