Crafted only in small-batches, this New Delhi beverage label is on to big things. Number one is to bring the culture of craft cocktail making home, with ease and then to subsequently educate and nurture a community of craft cocktail lovers. This they do through carefully creating proprietary recipes of shrubs and syrups using only the best of locally sourced ingredients from across India. What you will taste in a May & Co bottle is basically the fruit, as it should be not diluted by preservatives or additives.
Currently, May & Co has 8 variants of Syrups and Shrubs -- from a signature rich, robust and exotic Almond Orgeat Syrup to a Pineapple Rosemary Shrub to the more classic Demerara Gum Syrup (basically an upgraded simple syrup, but more molasses-y and a velvety texture), Grenadine and Lemon Juice. All the flavour profiles are listed on each bottle, plus May & Co has gone the extra mile to try and test cocktails you can create using a particular syrup or shrub.
