Furthering the culture of theatre and art in all its forms across the nation, the Bengaluru edition of The Jairangam Jaipur Festival: Fringes, now in its 19th year (touted to be the biggest theatre festival in the country) is happening at the Bangalore International Centre this year. Artists from across the spectrum (amateurs, performers, actors, directors, story tellers, scriptwriters and the like) come together for the celebration of theatre. The one-day event will witness a Morning Baithak (classical musical performance), masterclass for actors and theatre artists, prominent theatre artists performing excerpts from their famous plays, panel discussions and much more.
