The traditional New Year of the Bengali community is set according to the lunisolar Bengali calendar. Get set to relish the home-style preparations curated by Chef Avijit who gets his inspiration from the home-style cooking of his mother.

Dishes such as Kosha Mangsho, Doi Murgi, Chingri Malai Curry, Koraishutir Kochur and more will be served at the festival. Not to miss the special Bengali desserts - Rosogolla and Sandesh to name a few.
