The Hilton is celebrating a century of hospitality, and you’re all invited to share the joy. As part of their centennial year celebrations, Asia Alive at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bangalore will be dishing up some of the most memorable dishes from the past 100 years. The buffet spread will be available as part of their Special Sunday Brunch. Enjoy classics like Chicken Saltimbocca, Mexican Gumbo Soup, Seafood Paella, Tenderloin Medallion, Caribbean Jerk Chicken, Five spiced roast duck with tangerine, Eggs Benedict, Waldorf Salad, Baked Mushroom and Spinach, Meditation Eggplant among others. Wash it all down with cocktails, including the Hilton signature pina coladas available in flavours apart from pineapple.
