Chaika's Premix Tastes Like Proper Kolkata Kadak Chai & It's Ready In 2 Minutes

Lazy daisies, but lovers of chai listen up! Chaika has premixes in various flavours that any tea-totaller would love, so before you shrug a readymade product, read on! I am quite picky about my tea and my coffee, and was very hesitant to try the Kolkata Kadak version of this premix. In fact, while I was opening the box too I was thinking, "This is not going to be the same!" But boy was I wrong. Very easy to make since you just need to add hot water to the premix, this one's fragrance even brought my chai-loving father from the other room, to inspect. With just the right amount of cardamon and milk, it was just like having a cup of tea at good old New Market in Kolkata, or at one off the tiny stalls, off Park Street. It was not too milky, nor too sweet. I highly recommend this, especially if you like the hit of cardamon. Be careful to not add too much water though. Stick to the prescribed 100ml or the taste balance will go wrong.

It's rather a small cup of tea and once I was done, I wanted more. Or rather, the 100ml wasn't enough! It's not your typical large mug of tea, if that is what you're after.
