What Makes It Awesome?

The word super busy is an understatement.
Beginning with the lip-smacking Amritsari lassi, rich in Badam & Kesar, I was tempted to try more! Man, that's the best lassi I have had so far in my life.
Then went on to eat a variety of food like chilly, Gobi, veg paratha from a place that's set up 1889 at paratha Galli.

Freshly brewed kachori & samosa, transferred into the plate from oil in few nanoseconds is present in every street.
One simply cannot miss the Dahi Bhalla, from apparently the most popular Natraj (est 1940) also Hot & crispy jalebi, dipped in Rabdi from old famous jalebi Wala ( est. 1884). And tasty kulfi served in a cute Matka, which can be found in every Galli.

The ultimate dish I tried remains to be Daulat ki chaat, available only in winter!! It is like the baby of cotton candy with the flavour infused milk. Kudos to the person who invented it. It has left me craving for it ever since!!

Go with a group of friends, so that you have more room in the tummy to try more & more variety!
This busiest, largest & historically rich wholesale market of Asia no doubt at all.
