What Makes It Awesome?

I visited Brew & Barbeque for lunch yesterday and I liked my first experience here. To start, I love the ambience and how spacious it is. There is also an outdoor/terrace sitting and it is beautiful. Here is what I tried from their menu:

For drinks, I tried the following:

- Berry Long Island: By far, one of the best lists I've had till date. This take on LIIT is delicious. P.S. you can get it customized as I did. I asked them not to put tequila and add white rum instead. It was strong and perfectly blended with my lunch.

- Forbidden B&B: This is my most favourite cocktail there apart from the Berry LIIT. The blend of elderflower and fresh strawberries just takes it to a whole new level. It is a vodka-based cocktail with edible paint. Yummm.

- Craft Beer: We tried different samples of the beer and liked the German wheat beer. It was fresh and had a zing to it.

For starters, I tried the following:

- Mexican Nachos (Veg): These were so light and fresh with the right amount of toppings and sour cream. I love in-house baked nachos and I'm so glad they make it inhouse and not serve Cornitos/Doritos in the name of nachos.

- Darjeeling Momos (Veg): These were one of the best veg Momos I've had in Bangalore. They're so flavourful and have the right amount of filling. Highly recommend you to try them.

- Vietnamese Banana Wrapped Fish: This dish was a burst of flavours and spices. I loved how beautifully the fish fillet was cooked and well seasoned.

For the Main Course, I tried:

- Burmese Khao Suey: I love a good Khao Suey and this one was tasty. It is flavoured and cooked to perfection.

- Paneer Butter Masala with Tandoori Roti: Being a North Indian, I miss a good Paneer Butter Masala. This dish was really good and reminded me of home. The flavours were balanced and the paneer was soft and not chewy.

But the Desserts were my favourite part of the meal, considering that I'm not even a dessert person. I tried:

- Pan Rasmalai: This animated dessert with dry ice being smoked is delicious. The flavour of Pan just enhances the whole experience.

- Coconut Caramel Custard: Believe you me when I say this, it is not your regular caramel custard. It is sinful and my favourite dessert here. I could go back just for this.

Also, I highly recommend you guys to try their Chocolate Lava Cake, it is hands down the best I've had in Bangalore.

Overall, I had a great first experience. I highly recommend you to try this place once and see it for yourself. All the food and cocktails are very tastefully cooked and it shows in their presentation too.

What Could Be Better?

I really hope they introduce more items in their menu.
