10 Cuts of Cheese is hosting a pop-up where you can not only sample a wide range of cheese but also buy them. Yup, you'll get to taste classic cheese like mozzarella and parmesan along with some interesting ones such as montasio, blue cheese, and camembert. We know they stock up from Begum Victoria, so we are hoping we get to taste some of their cheese too. You'll also be able to buy cheese pairings (crackers, dry fruits, and the like) and have a chat with the founder of 10 Cuts Of Cheese, Christopher Albuquerque. Who knows, apart from walking out with lots of cheese, you might walk out a true-blue turophile.
