Chuka is a style of Japanese Cuisine served by Chinese Restaurants. Therefore a mix of Chinese & Japanese with Korean and western influences. Now you can try it at newly opened Dofu, Indiranagar. With Modern & Sophisticated version of K-pop decor and scrumptious Sushi, Dofu won me over.

Sushi Rolls are so good at Dofu. For the uninitiated, you should try it here as it's not fully Japanese rolls so slightly more savoury so works for the Indian palate. For regular Sushi eaters like me, you will still love them as it's nicely balanced.
