Apparently by popular demand, this cafe-bar-co-working space on Church Street has launched its #SundayBrunch. And they’re bringing together your breakfast favourites along with mains and all-day nibbles to make your life better. After all, we all know how tough it is to order for a large group, especially when at least 30 per cent of them have had one too many Longest Long Island Iced Teas to begin with!
The brunch offers eggs to order, pancakes, salads, starters, mains and then a dessert to finish off with. They clearly read my mind when they put the Social Cheese Melt, Awesamosas, Classic Chilli Chicken and Southall Fish and Chips on the starters menu. For mains, pick from biryani, pasta or curry dishes {Thai, Massaman or Khao Suey}. The sweet finale can be in the form of Layer Cake, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Tiramisu, Lucky’s Caramel Custard, Brownie Sundae and or a light Raspberry Oreo cheesecake.
Drink Up
For you drinkers, they are going to be serving beer, sangria and of course, the LLIIT, plus new additoins like Mick Jaggery {dark rum, jaggery syrup, lemongrass and soda}, Blueberry Julep {whiskey, blueberry compote and fresh mint} and Shimla Mirch Martini which is a muddle of vodka and bell pepper chunks, topped up with lime and pineapple juice.
